The Journey

This program is for experienced leaders who want to step into eldership and unfold their transformational leadership skills. SEED stands for 4 major pillars:

  • Self-Awareness & Resilience,

  • Entrepreneurship & Impactful Communication,

  • Eldership, Transformation Skills & Power Intelligence,

  • Dialogue & Co-creation.

Embarking on this journey you move through the phase of the Impactful Leader, the Transformative Catalyst and the Wise Elder. This journey will set a seed for a rich harvest of an adaptive, sustainable and effective organization.

The approach

Unlike many other leadership programs, this program is grounded in a whole-systems approach deeply informed by process-oriented psychology (or Deep Democracy facilitation). All trainers and coaches in this program are intensively trained in process work and / or process work diplomates .

Process work (also called Deep Democracy) is a multidimensional approach to the whole system that takes into account the natural flow of development hidden behind polarizations and conflicts. Originally developed by Arnold Mindell, it is used to coach individuals, facilitate teams and organizations, and lead and support national and international processes across communities and borders.

  • Phase 1: Be an Impactful Pioneer

    Sharpen your vision, craft your undeniable story, embrace your entrepreneurial spirit, empathize and engage with your audience, and foster a positive feedback culture.

  • Phase 2: Become a Transformative Catalyst

    Master communication in times of multiple crisis and continous change. Deepen your facilitation and dialogue skills to deal with tension, transform resistance and foster change within and around you.

  • Phase 3: Enjoy Wise Eldership!

    Deal with power dynamics. Facilitate a network of sustainable relationships with your relevant stakeholders. Strengthen resilience and promote knowledge transfer and co-creation within diverse teams.

Each phase (3 months) includes

  • 6x 1,5h training session (online)

  • 3 hours of individual coaching (online)

  • 3x 2h Leadership Lab / Q&A session (online)

  • 3x 2h upskilling session (online) on a specific topic like AI for leaders, Regenerative Leadership, Networking strategy)

    Option: to deepen areas of special interest in retreat / in presence seminars
