‘Embrace Your Inner Rooster’ in Vilnius

Overcoming Shame, dealing with inner critics and stepping into full Creative Aliveness.

Roosters greet the dawn with confidence and grace, fully aware of their strength. They embrace their unique voices, hold their ground without hesitation, and live authentically without comparing themselves to others. Roosters are unapologetically themselves, free from self-doubt, and we have much to learn from them.

But what prevents us from embodying this same self-assurance? One of the heaviest burdens we carry is shame. Rooted in past and present forms of inner and outer criticism, shame challenges our very right to be ourselves. Many of us struggle to confront and overcome these criticisms, but change is possible.
